Emergency road closure announced for Preble County Line Road

Preble County Line Road is closed indefinitely in Jackson and German townships due to bridge deck safety concerns, the Montgomery County Engineers office said Friday.

The closure is between Farmersville Gratis Road and Ohio 725. Access to residences on Preble County Line Road will be available.

The detour is Farmersville Gratis Road to Farmersville Road to Boomershine Road to Ohio 725 to Preble County Line Road.

The Montgomery County Engineer's Office announced on Aug. 22, 2025, Preble County Line Road is indefinitely closed between Farmersville Gratis Road and Ohio 725 due to bridge deck safety concerns.
